- Round 1: Saturday 16 August
- Round 2: Saturday 23 August
- Semi-Finals: Saturday 30 August
- Finals: Sunday 14 September
FINALS FORMAT:
🏌️♂️ 36 Holes – Senior, Intermediate, Junior A
🏌️♂️ 18 Holes – Junior B
HANDICAP DIVISIONS: (based on Handicap Index as at 6:00am Sunday 10 August)
- Senior: Up to 9.9
- Intermediate: 10.0 – 16.9
- Junior A: 17.0 – 24.9
- Junior B: 25.0+
🚫 Note: No Strokeplay rounds (e.g., Shootout) are to be played concurrently with Matchplay Champs.
📌 Important Info:
🕔 Entries close 5:00pm – Saturday 9 August
📋 Draw posted Monday 11 August (All divisions seeded by handicap index)
- Matches must be completed by the scheduled date
- Preference is for matches to be played in the Saturday windows
- Players must contact opponents to confirm match time
- If no mutual time can be agreed, the higher seed has the right to set the time, provided it falls within the Saturday window
⚖️ Rules & Disputes:
- The Match Committee of the Day (including at least one Men’s Committee member) will oversee all matches
- All final decisions rest with the Men’s Committee
